Using Private Label Rights Articles But Keeping Your Own Voice
Busy mom, busy business woman. PLR could save you a lot of time and trouble.
Well first of all what is PLR? PLR are Private Label Rights articles that give normally give you the license to produce content and attach your own name. Articles written on most any topic by unseen writers who are giving you license to attach your own bio to an article. But check each one before you buy. They each have their own rules and guidelines on how you are able to use them.
But does this pre-written stuff take away from the ‘YOU’ of your business?
Not necessarily. While it is true that you could publish many of the PLR articles out there just as they written, without changing a word, chances are that’s not the best avenue for you.
You see people come to your site or blog looking for what you have to say on a particular topic. PLR articles are written by someone else. Not you. Your visitors want to hear your voice and if it sound ‘off’ they may go elsewhere.
So how do you add your own voice to PLR?
Well there are many ways to use PLR without doing just a cut and paste. Here are a few of them.
- Use it as an outline.
- Use it as a reference tool when putting together your own article.
- Take a paragraph or even just a sentence of a PLR article and flesh it out with your own words.
